The Precept Touch will flash red when there is an unauthorized mobile device near the handle. Make sure your Bluetooth is turned on and the Precept app is running.
If this is the first time to operate the Precept Touch with this mobile device, check the Precept app home page to make sure the eKey is present and you have accepted it (not still pending).
For reliable operation, make sure that your mobile device is closer to the Precept Touch than any unauthorized mobile devices.
